The overall system will provide the agency with a centralized digital platform where they can manage their website, content, destinations, experiences, packages, enquiries, bookings, reviews, and billing operations from a single admin panel.
The challenge
The main challenge was understanding the client’s requirements in depth and translating their ideas and expectations into a clear, practical digital solution. The client had multiple operational requirements across bookings, travel packages, experiences, reviews, content management, and billing, making it important to understand how each part of the business works and how these requirements should come together within a single platform.
Our solution
